#BeBalanced
The pandemic didn't do our mental health any favors...and girls everywhere are working together to regain - and retain - their balance. Whether in sports, class, work or in life, finding balance between goals & self-care is crucial. We've teamed up with experts in the field & our DMs are always open.43>
Seize the Awkward
In partnership with Ad Council and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, our BFFs at The JED Foundation (JED) launched a national campaign, Seize The Awkward, that encourages teens and young adults to initiate conversations with friends who may be struggling with mental health issues.
Because When it Comes to Girls’ Mental Health...Connection is Key
May is Mental Health Awareness month…and next gen girls are painfully aware.
Aware of the February 2023 CDC report that noted a dramatic increase in the number of girls feeling persistently hopeless or sad.
Aware of the growing need to find mental wellness strategies that are working…and share them.
Aware that now more than ever - connection is key.
Set to Go
More reasons we love JED? Their high school program, Set To Go, guides students, families & high school educators through the important social, emotional, and mental health moments that affect your well-being when transitioning from high school to college.
JED Voices
Stories are a powerful way to reduce shame, prejudice, and secrecy and inspire us to be proactive about our mental health. In their JED Voices video series, JED sits down with notable and influential mental health advocates who talk about what mental health means to them.
JED Storytellers
Each year, JED trains individuals from all over the country who have been affected by mental health issues to share their authentic, inspiring personal stories—letting others know they are not alone and help is available.
